Gratitude in One Minute

You may have heard people say gratefulness is good for you. However, have you ever stopped to think, "What does this look like for me?"

What does it look like to cultivate gratefulness and an attitude of gratitude in your life?

Taking a few minutes daily to be grateful can positively impact your health and well-being. Here's how to do it:

Reflect on something you're grateful for or an accomplishment you've achieved.

Pick something positive to reflect on. It can be multiple things or one thing.

Say it out loud.

Say out loud what you're grateful for or proud about. This acts as positive reinforcement for your thoughts.

Dwell on it.

Don't just think about it once. Think about it multiple times that day. Set a reminder, write it on a sticky note, or call it to mind throughout the day to keep something positive in front of you.

Put this simple gratitude practice to the test today, and watch how it changes your attitude towards yourself and those around you!
