Overcoming Barriers to Love Yourself

Set boundaries.

Practice gratitude.

Gratitude changes our mindset. Write down what you're thankful for every day. Take it a step further and write things you are grateful for about yourself.

Engage in self-care activities.

Do things you love to do! Take a walk, take a bath, read a book, or get coffee with a friend. You'll feel more connected with yourself as you do activities you enjoy.

Seek support from trusted individuals.

Seek support from trusted family, friends, or therapists and share freely and vulnerably about your thoughts, dreams, and aspirations.
