3 Scriptures to Remind You Who You Are
Who you are is not defined by your job, your past, your success, your struggle, or your circumstances. Your identity isn’t tied to what you’ve done or what’s been done to you. Instead, who you are is defined by what God says about you and Christ’s work in you.
Here are three Scriptures you can memorize about your identity in Christ:
2 Corinthians 5:17: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”
Ephesians 2:10: “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
Romans 8:37: “No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.”
Don’t buy into what the world says about you. Only your Creator can tell you who you are and what you were made for. If you struggle with your identity, hold onto these verses in times of need.
